Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for ongoing opportunities. This position involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors/managers.
- Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch customer service.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or related role.
- Proficiency with computers, especially in CRM software and MS Office.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to articulate information clearly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are an added advantage.
- Strong patience when dealing with upset customers.
