Description:
Markon is seeking a Program Manager (SME) to support critical task order management functions. This role involves overseeing performance requirements, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing comprehensive task order administration and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct initial orientation briefings to introduce key personnel, review performance requirements, and establish communication protocols.
- Develop and execute a transition-in plan to ensure full operating capability within 45 calendar days of task order award.
- Oversee task order management and administration, including designating points of contact, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational conflict of interest policies.
- Coordinate and actively participate in internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, summaries, and tracking action items.
- Create, update, and maintain briefings for senior executives and government officials on performance-related topics.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly status reports, highlighting key projects, milestones, and strategic efforts.
- Facilitate seamless transition-out operations, including the transfer of responsibilities, inventory of government property, and preparation of final reports.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a DoD Secret clearance. Interim Clearances are acceptable.
- Proven track record in task order management, transition planning, and government contracting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and briefing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with government property management, CAC/SIPR tokens, and continuity files.
- Ability to address and resolve challenges during transitions and performance periods.
- Availability to participate in meetings and respond to government requests promptly.
Salary Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.
