Job Description

Construction Superintendent - Commercial - Nassau County

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
Oversee project timelines, monitor budgets, and proactively address potential delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements or big-box retail standards, including infection control protocols and retailer specifications.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.

Construction Superintendent - Commercial - Nassau County

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in healthcare or big-box retail projects.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
