• Monitoring customer credit accounts and initiating necessary actions to collect delinquent payments
• Managing medical billing functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Handling accounts receivable tasks, including the recording and tracking of payments
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints promptly
• Ensuring compliance with medical contracts, following all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Managing medical credentialing processes, maintaining up-to-date records
• Proficient use of accounting software systems such as Nexgen, Axiym, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
