[ref. g06452204] Wound/Ostomy Nurse
Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for a Wound/Ostomy Registered Nurse in Palo Alto, CA. This is a contract role for 13 weeks, 4x10-hour shifts.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive care for inpatient patients with wounds, ostomy and incontinence issues.
- Possess a strong foundation in wound management, pressure ulcer staging and demonstrate a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidenced- based practice.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with chronic wounds, pressure injury prevention and treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have wound care certification AND wound care experience within acute care.
- CA-RN (Registered Nurse)
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Pay range for this opportunity is $58.00-82.00/hr based on experience.
