(Senior Site Superintendent) to oversee and optimize the performance of large-scale commercial construction projects. Typically managing one large project at a time, this role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule compliance.Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is pivotal for ensuring seamless execution of projects and maintaining TG Constructors' reputation for excellence.
This is a field-based position where you'll head to the job site directly from home, equipped with a company truck and work-related mileage reimbursement. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to manage subcontractors, inspections, or weather-related adjustments.
