Labor&Employment (Title VII) Attorney - *REMOTE*; Part-Time
The ideal candidate for this background will be a BARRED (active and in good standing) NY attorney, with definite exposure to Title VII, New York Labor Law, Worker's Compensation, and EEOC matters. Role will include drafting and motion work in support of discrimination cases, and offer 10-15 hours of work per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in discrimination cases
- Draft and review legal documents with a focus on relevant New York laws
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
- Engage in negotiations and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients
- Stay updated with changes in the Labor Law and EEOC regulations
- Provide legal advice and guidance on New York Labor Law issues

REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILLSET- Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member of the Bar in good standing.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence is required.
- Demonstrable experience in Labor Law is essential.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Discrimination - EEOC cases (TITLE VII)
- Comfortability with PART-TIME/flexible hours.
