Regional Operations Manager New York
Overview:
The Regional Operations Manager manages and ensures development of Branch management and manages multiple branch locations within a limited geographic area.
Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.
- Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.
- Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.
- Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.
- Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability.
- Frequent travel is required for this position.
Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Microsoft Office.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Extremely motivated with creative ideas.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, multiple branch locations and managers.
- Adaptable to a changing environment and capable of embracing the continuous improvement process.
- At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.
- Must be available for frequent travel.
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office application.
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Eligible to work in the Unites States.
Pay Range: USD $100,500.00 - USD $183,500.00 /Yr.
