Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail and commercial construction.
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate leads and secure contracts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to enhance company visibility.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

The Successful Applicant

Construction - Business Development Manager Garden City, NY

Proven experience in business development within the retail or commercial construction industry.
Established book of business with strong client relationships.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
Local to Nassau County Long Island is ideal
Strong understanding of the construction process, bidding, and contract negotiations.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of securing new business.
