Compensation range: Base between $80-$110K + Sales Commssion PlanLocation: Santa Clara, CA

Position Summary:
Job Overview:
One Workplace is seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer & Account Manager. This dual-role combines client relationship management with a passion for process improvement and training. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by sharing best practices, enhancing training programs, and ensuring consistent application of processes.You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure growth in both client accounts and performance. The hybrid nature of the role ensures the candidate will be current in project execution and best practices that can be shared with teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage projects and clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on furniture solutions and guiding clients through the process.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and project execution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve problems promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
Sales Training & Process Improvement:
- Co-design, develop, and deliver training programs to the sales team on process knowledge, and best practices. The role requires staying current in trends in tools, resources, and how they are being applied.
- Regularly review and refine processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices across the CCF organization.
- Coach and mentor JR Account Managers, offering feedback and helping them develop skills and achieve goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the sales team is equipped with relevant knowledge.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify training opportunities and areas for process improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design to ensure sales staff are knowledgeable about design processes, and execution.
- Partner with Operations and PM to develop training and awareness that can be shared with sales.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and training effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on account performance, sales team development, and training outcomes.
- Use data to identify areas for growth and improvement, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Experience as a sales trainer or in a coaching/mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
