What you’ll be working on:
- Handling and overseeing all day to day processes of the operation, including staffing, training, production, quality of merchandise and merchandise rotation, replenishment, cash handling procedures, cleanliness, pricing and overall maintenance.
- Managing a large staff to ensure goals are met. This includes planning, prioritizing, assigning, monitoring and supervising employees on a daily basis
- Providing good customer service and train your staff to do the same
- Handling customer complaints / issues in a courteous, timely manner
- Ordering of inventory/supplies while maintaining par levels
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred
- Minimum of two years retail and supervisory management experience is required
- Knowledge of accounting with solid mathematical skills to maintain accurate records and reports pertinent to store operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and proven leadership ability a must
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
FLSA: Non Exempt
