We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst and Data Modeler. The successful candidate will turn data into actionable insights. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.

The Data Analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements

What will you be doing?
  • Work in an agile environment to collaborate with internal businesses, project team members, and other teams on program planning, data integration, and technical integration activities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for data integration and translation initiatives and coordinate with various stakeholders to mitigate resolve highly complex technical data transformation issues, while understanding/balancing business needs.
  • Interact with non-technical teams, understand their requirements and business drivers, and translate them technical data and report requirements by provisioning precise and concise data to support data-driven decision making and report requirements.
  • Responsible for Data modeling.
  • Map data sources, data movement and interfaces with the goal of ensuring data quality, awareness, visibility, and re-use.
  • Publish artifacts for warehousing and business insight/reporting platforms and assist stakeholders through exploration.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Experience in data migration to Cloud (Azure).
  • Familiarity and experience with creating analytical data sets.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
What experience do you have?
  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst and Data Modeller.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • 5+ years experience working with large volumes of data (structured and unstructured). Investigate and perform deeper analysis to produce impactful algorithms to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Strong SQL skills , knowledge of RDBMS and Data lake concepts with hands on experience in SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure data lake and Postgres.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture, data mining methodologies and business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data processing languages, such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
