Job Title: Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative Pay: $16/hr Location: Remote * must live in Greater Memphis area Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.
You will handle 40-60 inbound and outbound calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your shift will be from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Manage 40-60 calls daily Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems Process transactions and provide timely resolutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Basic computer proficiency Prior call center experience is required • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, with the ability to professionally handle and resolve customer issues.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in using templates for various business processes.
- Knowledge and experience with PC operating systems.
- Ability to perform replacements in various logistical processes.
- Ability to communicate in a detail oriented manner with all levels of staff and customers.
- Capable of handling numeric data and maintaining accuracy.
- Speed and accuracy in typing, with a minimum of a certain KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).
- Problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
