Job Description
  • Oversee and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop effective plans and specifications.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project risk and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
