Sales Support

This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assure precise and efficient processing and coding of customer purchase orders
• Enter and update sales orders in our ERP system as required
• Conduct thorough reviews of entered sales orders for accuracy and communicate necessary corrections
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales and account departments in various duties as assigned
• Use your skills in 'Purchase Orders', 'Data Entry', 'Back Office Support' to enhance the efficiency of our sales processes. • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Purchase Orders
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Experience in providing Back Office Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organizational skills
• Prior experience in a Sales Support role would be advantageous
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
