You will be a team leader and interface with production and manufacturing personnel daily. The purpose of the work we do is to empower those with limb difference to reach greater human potential.

Your Impact:

• Ability to learn quickly and handle challenging tasks well.
• Provides guidance, correctly applies knowledge of engineering principles, material properties, and effectively uses internal and external resources to identify solutions in relevant aspects of production, development, procurement, and distribution of products.
• Works on and/or manages conventional and complex projects.
• Uses sound judgment and outside resources to adapt to non-routine aspects of a problem.
• Is tasked with management of large projects. No review is necessary as regular progress updates are expected.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Unique skills or certifications needed to perform essential functions of the job:

Useful: Machine Shop experience, LabVIEW, MATLAB, 3D printing, Altium
