Sr. Marketing Manager

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Marketing Manager located in New Jersey. This role is crucial to our operations in the medical equipment supply industry, where you will be leading marketing initiatives, managing relationships with industry publications, and optimizing our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the execution of branding strategies for our products and manage all marketing responsibilities for the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and business insight team to support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the design and content execution for the brand, working closely with the graphics/branding team.
- Manage the packaging design process for current products and upcoming product launches.
- Develop relationships with industry publications to plan and implement print and digital advertising schedules, manage the allocated media buying budget.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of major industry tradeshow events, including marketing strategy, structure shipping and design, and organization of all related collateral for each event.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns to derive data-driven insights on effectiveness and ROI.
- Report campaign results and project recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Utilize various marketing-related software, platforms, and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and others.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing management role or similar
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful advertising campaigns
- Proven track record in boosting brand awareness
- Strong understanding of budget processes within a marketing context
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for business insights
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred
