We are on the lookout for a meticulous and systematic office administrator/bookkeeper to be a part of our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. The ideal candidate will work Monday-Thursday on a four 10's schedule. There is possibility to work Monday-Thursday with additional hours on Sunday's should that be a more feasible schedule to obtain a 40 hour work week.

This role In this role, your key function will be to manage day to day bookkeeping activities as well as handle office and administrative duties.

Summary: Efficiently performs a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities in the corporate finance department and maintains accuracy and integrity of financial information of ONE*.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  1. Processes accounts payable.*
  2. Reconciles credit card statements.*
  3. Reconciles vendor statements.*
  4. Enters all cash and checks that are received.*
  5. Reconciles the coffee bar receipts.*
  6. Compiles deposits and delivers deposits to the bank.*
  7. Leads the accounting team on Sunday.*
  8. Files any source documents.*
  9. Enters and processes volunteer background checks.*
  10. General office tasks as needed.
  11. Mails contribution statements.
  12. Calls vendors.
PAY RANGE: $20.00- $24.00/hour

BENEFITS: This is a part-time position, there are no benefits offered.

Education/Experience:

No education required; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialized Training:

  • 2 years bookkeeping
  • Strong command of Accounts Payable, Data Entry, and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with Quickbooks Required
