Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our human resources operations. As a key member of our management team, the HR Manager will oversee key functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and ensure alignment with company goals.

This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive workplace while ensuring compliance within the ever-changing HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related programs in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Manage training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
  • Develop and assess HR metrics, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
