Aretum is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst (Contingent) to join our team in providing exceptional analytical support to our ongoing projects. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution and management of various programs that serve our government clients, ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.
As a Program Management Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve program outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate daily program operations, including managing records, schedules, and correspondence.
- Support short- and long-term planning efforts to ensure continuity of operations.
- Track deliverables, manage tasks, and provide program management assistance, including implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Analyze and enhance strategic and business processes to ensure alignment with program objectives. Develop insights and recommendations and support related documentation and presentations.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, reviews, and conferences, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, operations analysis, or a related area. (In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience will be considered.)
- Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Active Secret U.S. Government Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required to maintain clearance).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with U.S. Navy or DoD acquisition programs and processes.
- Background in government contracting, particularly in the defense industry.
