Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair our fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. This role is critical to ensure our equipment is operating at peak efficiency, enabling our team to meet customer demands.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including backhoes, skid steers, and excavators, as well as medium-duty trucks.
- Diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to schedule and prioritize repairs.
- Respond to urgent repair needs on job sites as required.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient shop environment.
- Provide input on equipment replacement and procurement decisions.
- Coordinate with shops on large repairs.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a mechanic working with heavy equipment and trucks.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage maintenance records and parts inventory.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certifications in diesel mechanics or hydraulics are a plus but not required.
Pay Range: USD $65.00 - USD $70.00 /Yr.
