We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for a hybrid opportunity. This role involves managing the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Generate financial statements and reports to assist with business decisions. Manage cash flow, prepare budgets, and assist with forecasting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Work with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar. Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in industries such as real estate, construction, or detail oriented services. Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 (DOE)
