Job Description- Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project timelines and address any issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
