Accounting Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, grant accounting, financial forecasting, and assisting in audit preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Analyze actual financial performance against budgeted figures and identify trends
• Provide insights to support decision-making based on financial trends
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents and schedules for audits
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls
• Conduct auditing and billing functions effectively
• Handle grant accounting as per the requirements of the role
• Candidate must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of accounting.
• Candidate should be well-versed in billing functions.
• Knowledge of grant accounting is needed.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail are crucial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA or relevant certification is highly desirable.
