Human Resources (HR) Assistant

A property management company located in Culver City is looking for a HR Assistant to start immediately. As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties for the HR department such as filing employee records, answering the phones, and data entry.
Additional duties will include conducting reference checks, sourcing through resumes, and sending out background checks. Robert Half is looking for an organized candidate with at least 1 year of HR experience. This is a great position for anyone looking to grow their career in human resources!
This is an ongoing contract position with the chance to go permanent for the right individual. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with a 1 hour lunch. Parking is covered and pay is up to $27/hr- Possess Basic Office Skills

- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection measures
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
