Graphic Designer

• Develop and implement creative design solutions for websites, social media, print ads, brochures, magazines, and company logos.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to develop promotional materials.
• Review and improve junior designers' work, ensuring high-quality designs.
• Attend brainstorming sessions and generate new design concepts.
• Ensure alignment of design projects with company branding guidelines.
• Present design drafts to stakeholders or department heads for approval.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting all designated deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design technologies.
• Act as a mentor to junior graphic designers.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors for production tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficient in design software and technologies such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge of printing standards and specifications.
