What you will be doing:
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned professionals, preparing you to confidently lead and manage your own Refloor location.
- Receive ongoing support to excel in day-to-day operations, customer service, and effective management.
- Acquire a deep understanding of our company's core values and learn how to instill them throughout your team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Preferred previous sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology
Additional Requirement:
- Must be willing and able to relocate upon successful completion of training.
