Job Description:
Purpose/Background:
This role is pivotal in supporting an advanced eDiscovery team that enables regulatory business units to conduct thorough reviews of digitally provided unstructured data and assist in the investigation and legal discovery processes during litigations.A significant aspect of this role involves the strategic usage and deployment of features, managing the roadmap data management archive management, and interfacing with multiple internal stakeholder groups to optimize the platform's efficacy and integration.
Accountabilities:
- Lead effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap including the deployment and enhanced utilization of features, along with other eDiscovery processing solutions.
- Develop a robust understanding of the business domains within focus, including comprehensive knowledge of applicable data sets that inform strategic decisions and feature enhancements.
- Acquire an in-depth comprehension of current capabilities and collaborate with business and technology partners to assess challenges and opportunities, aiming to evolve to a future state of increased functionality and user satisfaction.
- Implement product-led growth and user-centric best practices, spearheading change management and prioritization to align with strategic goals.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, making informed decisions that balance the needs of users and stakeholders while steering the product development lifecycle.
- Engage with business, engineering, and vendor teams to clarify functional specifications, resolve issues, and streamline feature deployment.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to develop new business cases, take ownership of business case documentation, and ensure meticulous progression through all review phases to approval and implementation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of eDiscovery processing tools and platforms, enhancing internal capabilities and integration with external systems.
- Drive data management and archive management.
- Collaborate with other product teams to evolve the eDiscovery and Investigative workflows from data collection through production.

Job Skills:

- eDiscovery and or financial industry experience.
- Knowledge of EDRM and matter lifecycle management preferred.
- Understanding of Jira, AHA and PowerBI highly preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Map out a detailed and actionable roadmap for the phased deployment of RelativityOne features and internal eDiscovery processing solutions, ensuring alignment with both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Serve as a liaison among various stakeholder groups, including regulatory units, IT, legal, and compliance teams.
