What You’ll Do:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to facilitate successful capital-raising efforts, overseeing investor relations, and managing fundraising campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role also includes managing department budgets, crafting compelling investment narratives, and developing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives to attract and engage potential investors.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and effective collaboration with internal teams are crucial to aligning investor interests with company goals and driving overall business development.

Experience:
The Team Member will possess the following:
Undergraduate degree in a related major from a four (4) year college or university and ten (10) years experience in investment management including capital raising, investor relations, strategy, administration, compliance and financial reporting; plus five (5) years supervisory and management experience
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary

Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings either in the general vicinity of your home property or in another state

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to lift a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds or push, pull and move objects with a maximum effort of twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must have the flexibility to bend/stoop/squat repetitively during shift.
  • Must have the ability to sit, stand and walk extensively throughout the shift.
  • Specific vision abilities are required of this job, including close vision, distance vision, and

The Team Member will work in a well-lighted and ventilated office area. This position is subject to frequent interruptions. This Team Member may encounter difficult individuals such as team members. This position may require an expectation of working after normal business hours and on holidays and weekends with little or no notice.

Capital Raising and Fundraising Management: Implement strategic initiatives to drive

successful capital-raising efforts, oversee investor relations, and manage fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and effective budget management.

Investor Relations and Communication: Manage investor inquiries, prepare financial reports, craft compelling investment narratives, and conduct investor meetings. Ensure transparent communication regarding portfolio performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Digital Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, build digital marketing funnels, manage social media accounts, and oversee content creation and branding teams. Organize events to showcase investment opportunities and engage potential investors.

Relationship Building and Network Development: Foster relationships with potential investors, build strong, strategic networks, and maintain consistent engagement to support long-term investment opportunities and business growth.

Executive Collaboration: Work closely with other company executives to drive innovation and
ensure a strong operational foundation, supporting the company’s overall strategic direction.
