The Inside/Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales for decorated apparel and promotional items. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities while also nurturing existing customer relationships. By ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and consistently exceeding sales targets, the representative contributes significantly to the company’s growth and success.

This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, as well as the opportunity for a fixed salary or commission-based compensation.

Requirements

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Effectively present products and services to prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Attend trade shows and community events to promote the company’s offerings
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain records of completed sales, ongoing customer interactions, and follow-up tasks via CRM software
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate project execution and timely fulfillment
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of screen printing and embroidery processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer, as well as frequent standing and walking to meet with clients or attend events
  • Requires the ability to hear, speak, and use a telephone and computer.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings and events.
