The Job:

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
  • Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving. weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
  • Create and Document SOPs.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

Desired Experience & Education:

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
  • 1-3 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
