Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home.We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens, and Home Décor.

A sales professional to join our Elte Team! You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for product. You know how to build strong client relationships and much of your success has come from your ability to connect with people. You make a great impression and know how to create an elevated service experience.You excel in a team environment but are self-motivated and an independent worker. You thrive at achieving and exceeding your goals.
WHAT YOU DO (among other things):
- Consistently walk the showroom floor actively engaging with clients
- Provide an excellent service experience for each client by identifying needs
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
- Be curious, inquire about client projects
- Leverage sales tools including logging & following up on every opportunity, account and contact
- Create quotes and sales orders reflecting the wants of the customer
- Build client relationships and develop a self-sustaining network of clients
- Embrace feedback to consistently grow and improve
- Maintain show room and maintenance standards
- Ability to provide an elevated service experience
- Strong relationship builder
- Proven sales track record and motivated by achieving goals
- Passionate about our products and design
- High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
