Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Conduct internal audit procedures, including control testing, documentation review, and data analysis.
- Prepare detailed workpapers and reports highlighting key findings and improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with team members to develop risk assessment matrices and comprehensive audit programs.
- Monitor and assist in the remediation of audit findings and identified deficiencies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the internal audit department as needed.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Strong analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and evaluate complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.
