• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Familiarity with home building processes, materials, and techniques.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to define project specifications and expectations.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve project-related challenges, including client concerns and on-site issues.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
