Field Technician

As a Field Tech you're able to perform a variety of light maintenance and repairs to residential properties with a speciality in various trades, such as, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electric, flooring, etc., either in an independent setting or as part of a team.

Location and Travel:

Client’s properties, working out of your car around Dayton and surrounding cities.

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and improve residential properties
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 12'
• Perform all work in a detailed, thorough, and workmanlike manner.
• Collaborate with and assist co-workers as needed

Skills/Abilities Needed:

• Focussed, detail oriented and organized.
• Take pride in completing a job to a high standard.
• Pleasant, polite, positive, service-oriented, and friendly communicator with strong English skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, but also knows when to ask for help and advice.
• Independent worker who needs minimal supervision, but can also work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Impeccable integrity and ethics!
• Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of a rotation.
• Other duties as required by Management.

• High School Diploma or GED, and trade / technical training
• 2+ years working in one or many trades, mostly with residential handyman or remodeling
• Average or better technical aptitude (computers, internet applications, etc) and typing proficiency.
• Possess basic construction tools, smartphone, reliable transportation
• OSHA certified or willing to attend training paid for by the company
• Valid references
• Pass background screenings
• Valid driver's license

• $15-$25 per hour depending on skill and experience.
