Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

We are offering a contract for a Project Manager - IT Infrastructure position in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be primarily focused on managing a variety of technology infrastructure projects, including system deployments, software upgrades, and change management initiatives.
You'll be part of a diverse, multinational team and work closely with various IT associates across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project management plans, adhering to established methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage potential future IT infrastructure projects.
- Regularly prepare status reports, presenting project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk status, and change requests to the client and project team.
- Continually update project schedules, incorporating inputs from each functional team.
- Lead project cost estimation and ongoing budget tracking, providing budget information to Project Managers and assisting in data analysis.
- Handle project resource management, providing work direction and leadership to assigned projects, scheduling work assignments, and reviewing project efforts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting, maintaining logs of project actions, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate the integration of new installations and upgrades of desktop, server, and network infrastructure hardware and software.
- Employ your interpersonal skills to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural environment.
- Implement risk management strategies, identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating day-to-day project issues and risks.
- Leverage your business analysis skills to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, and other project supporting deliverables. • Proficient in Documentation and Reporting
