As part of our team, you will be primarily focused on data entry tasks, particularly in the preparation and completion of documents related to vehicle title and registration applications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete necessary documents for applications.
• Accurately calculate fees due, ensuring no monetary transactions are handled.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain detailed records of customer credit.
• Deliver effective and efficient results, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with the ability to read, write and translate accurately.
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Competent in relevant computing applications such as Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
