The IT Generalist is a key member of the IT team responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the smooth and secure operation of all company technology systems. This role requires a strong understanding of various IT disciplines, including cybersecurity, network administration, software support, and systems integration.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and assets.
Manage and maintain company networks, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Demonstrable Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a broad IT role, or a combination of experience and relevant certifications.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Proficiency with Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
