Electro Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications. You will work closely with electrical engineers and other production team members to ensure high-quality products and maintain production schedules.

salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical and mechanical components to form complete units following blueprints, diagrams, and written specifications.
Familiarity with various hand tools, soldering techniques, and assembly procedures.
strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and blueprints.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Perform quality checks and ensure products meet performance standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with assemblies or components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and machines to assemble and adjust systems.
Conduct testing of completed units and ensure they are functioning as required.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
Document work processes, test results, and part usage.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 60lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
