General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in workflow, production, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, administrative staff, and service advisors to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, profit margins, and cost controls, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and customer service benchmarks.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and maintain service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or operations role within the automotive, autobody, or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across production and customer service functions.
• Strong understanding of profit-and-loss statements, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of automotive systems or processes is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
