Job Description
The International Strategic Marketing Manager will:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand presence through compelling messaging and strategic initiatives.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, content, and social media marketing.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of the curve with competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Product Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with scientific teams to craft compelling product and service positioning for the life sciences market.
- Event Partnerships: Lead efforts in sponsorships, scientific conferences, and industry events to showcase the company's expertise.
- Data-Driven Performance: Analyze marketing effectiveness and leverage insights for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
The International Strategic Marketing Manager has:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 3+ years of strategic marketing experience in life sciences, biotech, or CRO industries.
- Expertise in preclinical research services, including in vivo studies, mouse models, and drug discovery processes.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Competitive base salary and bonus structure.
- Direct reporting to the VP of Marketing & Business Development, North America.
- Tremendous career growth in a newly established Strategic Marketing team (first hire, with plans to expand).
