Sales Coordinator

This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and streamline the customer inquiry response process to ensure timely and efficient service
• Handle the order processing cycle, from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations
• Engage in regular correspondence with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing necessary information
• Analyze, interpret, and confirm customer inquiries to ensure their needs are accurately addressed
• Support the contract review process, ensuring all customer orders are acknowledged and processed in a timely manner
• Review government and customer inquiries, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide back-up support to regional managers, ensuring seamless operations during their absence
• Oversee corporate and departmental switchboard support, ensuring efficient communication channels within the organization
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to manage and maintain customer records
• Employ excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships.

• Proficiency in document control and records maintenance
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with alphanumeric characters
• Basic office skills, including copying and email management
• Experience in personnel file maintenance
• Prior CSR or customer service experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in using computer-based systems
