Chief Financial Officer
Oversee and direct INFAC North America, Inc.'s financial operations, including management of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring optimal financial health of the company; develop and implement robust financial strategies by analyzing market trends and key performance indicators, establishing comprehensive measurements, and optimizing resource allocation; design and refine financial systems and protocols to enhance operational efficiency, support strategic changes, and address organizational challenges; lead the creation of short-term and long-term financial plans, setting clear goals and objectives to guide the company's fiscal management practices; conduct detailed financial analysis to monitor and compare monthly operational results against set budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial targets; prepare all financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, monthly closings, cost accounting reports, and other necessary financial documentation; manage daily liquidity tracking, providing critical financial insights to executive management to aid in decision-making processes; and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements by performing thorough financial analysis and developing comprehensive monthly sales and expense reports.
