• Creating the Transition solution for large deals in pursuit (RFP responses, client presentations,
• Showcase GPMC Transition methodology/ best practices
• Lead and direct transitions in the role of a Transition (3-9 mo, involving multiple Cognizant groups
• Participate in Due Diligence, Transition Solution workshops and Deal orals
• Work closely with Delivery teams
• Manage engagement financials
• Oversee People transition efforts

• Experience of at least 3 engagements of greater than 75 FTE size in Transition Solutioning or delivery
• Experience in Transition Solutioning and Orals defense for at least 5 pursuits
• More than 10 years of delivery experience in managing large engagements in the Applications and Infrastructure space
• Being hands on and detail oriented, capable of creating and reviewing solution and improving them
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proven experience in interacting with CXO level interaction skills
• Strong ability to own and drive the engagement and bring multiple groups together across Cognizant during the Transition period
• Sound financial management skills
