Job Description

Due to the recent growth of the company. My client is looking for a project manager to lead a team and help grow and family owned and longstanding company.
  • The construction project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters
  • Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners and staff
  • Collaborate with other on-site personal
  • Participate in pre-construction
  • Be able to work on a variety of projects within different sectors on the construction industry
  • Be able to work on JOC projects
  • Support in troubleshooting the final deliverable after completion

The Successful Applicant
  • A bachelor degree preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
  • 4-10 years as a Project Manager
  • Project experience needed within light industrial, entertainment, and large commercial projects
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality
  • Be able to work with clients and subcontractors
  • Have a history of goal setting and adhering to time lines and budgets
  • Have exemplary organisational skills
  • Be able to run divisions independently
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
  • History of project management work with established companies
