The position involves ensuring excellent customer service while anticipating client and advisor needs.

• Support financial advisors by preparing for meetings and following up with clients on related documentation and action items.
• Update and prepare consolidated balance sheets and statements.
• Provide effective and efficient oral and written communication with clients and advisors.
• Research client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Construct visual aids including charts, graphs, and tables to be used in meetings with clients.
• Organize and input data into financial planning and retirement software for advisor’s review, interpretation, and projections.
• Keep the client database updated with current information.
• Work with various back office platforms to complete applications, forms, and other documents.
• Help cover reception desk, as part of a rotation, to relieve receptionist for lunch and time-off.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience as an investment advisor would be a plus
