Accounts Payable Coordinator - Robert Half

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to accounts payable and account reconciliation within our industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications
• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Handle data entry tasks with high attention to detail
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various reporting and account management tasks
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices before processing
• Reconcile account balances and transactions
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer and company data. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Must possess skills in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Ability to perform Data Entry efficiently and accurately
• Experience with Coding Invoices is a plus
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a good understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in using accounting software and databases.
