Strong Project Management experience2. Pharma experience and have done sales and marketing and event planning3. Experience with doing VIRTUAL AND F2F MEETINGS WITH SALES TEAMS INTANGABLE SKILLS:Must have the Ability ton manage complexity and ability to create events virtually, should be able to create an engaging agenda, should be strong with execution, business analytics, this is a very complex job, in need of someone who can deal with a very complex role KEYWORD SEARCH: Chief of Staff, Project mgt, PMO, Marketing experience, Sales execution and business Excellence Understanding of Pharm and marketing INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERENCE: Senior or 10 years of experience Key accountability:Leadership role aligned to the franchise head, serving as business partner and core member of the Franchise Leadership TeamProviding leadership in the planning and implementation of franchise goals/scorecard and priorities by collaborating with key internal cross functional stakeholdersCoordinates the development/execution of franchise-specific strategic programsServes as Project Management champion and critical link into Central Portfolio Management Office, providing inputs for accurate demand capture, risk identification and mitigation strategies aligned to US Oncology ScorecardActively liaise with other franchises to ensure consistency and drive best practicesCo-ordination of all strategic, financial (budget) planning and processes (HLOP,DLOP, BSP, tactical plan, etc.) as well as sales operations- be the liaison between HO and field in terms of ensuring key deliverables and plan execution.Lead the planning and execution of all franchise (FLT/National sales meetings) and above franchise (ONx) level meetings, develop and maintain calendar of key leadership touchpoints throughout the yearDevelop and manage franchise or functional communications, including weekly update emails, and engagement plan (e.g., monthly calls with group of PSSs, team building events)Serves as a change agent for the franchise Requirements:Bachelor's degree and/or significant industry/pharmaceutical experienceStrong project and process management skills, broad commercial experience preferredStrong Interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and influence others in a positive mannerDemonstrated ability to work across functions and lead without formal authorityExcellent communication (written and oral), organizational, and consulting skillDemonstrate proficiency using Outlook, Excel, WordAble to maintain confidentiality, adapt to change while simultaneously maintaining focus on objectives and envisioning the bigger picture.
