Digital Marketing Specialist

You will also measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain website and social media presence to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on website.
• Conduct testing and conversion experiments to improve marketing strategies.
• Identify trends and insights in the digital marketing industry and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
• Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in the digital marketing sphere for adoption where appropriate.
• Create and maintain client relationships, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
• Leverage your skills in marketing research and statistical analysis to enhance digital campaign
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Specialist
• Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is required
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) is essential
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrable skills in Facebook Insights and Google Ads
• Experience in AB Testing is necessary
• Must have the ability to create effective advertisements
• Strong analytical skills are necessary for this role
• Blogging experience is a plus
• Must have proven experience in building brand awareness
• Experience in managing company websites is necessary
• Proficient in developing website content
• Must have experience in website optimization
• On-site SEO skills are required.
