Patient Care Coordinator

You will be tasked with various responsibilities, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategy development.

Must be bilingual with Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract medical professionals.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to our healthcare organization's needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications and experience to ensure the best possible match for our organization.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Promote our healthcare organization as an employer of choice within the medical community.
• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our employer brand presence.
• Must have a strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and its functionalities.
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is crucial, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting Activities such as creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
• Proven track record in developing, planning, and executing Recruiting Efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
• Prior experience in organizing and participating in Recruiting Events, such as job fairs and networking events.
• Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions, including employer branding, applicant tracking, and candidate management.
• Deep knowledge of the Recruiting Industry, including current trends, best practices, and legal regulations.
• Should be able to use various Recruiting Sources effectively, such as job boards, social networking sites, and employee referrals.
• Experience in Recruitment - High Volume, with the ability to manage numerous open positions simultaneously.
