  • Must have a strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and its functionalities.
  • Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is crucial, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting Activities such as creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Proven track record in developing, planning, and executing Recruiting Efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Prior experience in organizing and participating in Recruiting Events, such as job fairs and networking events.
  • Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions, including employer branding, applicant tracking, and candidate management.
  • Deep knowledge of the Recruiting Industry, including current trends, best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Should be able to use various Recruiting Sources effectively, such as job boards, social networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Experience in Recruitment - High Volume, with the ability to manage numerous open positions simultaneously.
